When booking a VIP Website Experience, you are paying for a semi-custom website package that will be completed over a 3 day period, not a fully custom project with in-depth strategy and an extended timeline. The website structure is typically Home, About, Services, Contact (however, this can be modified to suit your website needs).

What does semi-custom mean?
A semi-custom website uses a standard website framework and customises and stylises it to your website’s needs. This is not the same as using a pre-bought template, you are still receiving a tailored and intentional website design created for your vision and goals.
What platform will you use to build my website?
Your website will be built on WordPress with Elementor. It’s the most powerful and adaptive web development suite that enables complete design and customisation freedom that can expand and grow as your business does.
What do I need before we get started?
Prior to your VIP Website Experience I will require:
- Our signed agreement
- All final content* (images and copy) to be uploaded into my content management portal
- Your branding assets (logos, brand style guide, fonts, etc.)
- Any necessary passwords to connect services to your website (sent via LastPass)
- Your 30-minute strategy call scheduled 1-2 weeks before your VIP experience
* Final content is essential so please factor in any photoshoots or copywriting services well in advance. Or if you’re ready to go live with what you’ve got, you’ll always be able to jump in and easily update images and copy yourself after we’ve launched.
Can I get an online shop with this package?
The VIP Website Experience is a tailored package for a standard 4-page brochure website. If you require an online shop integrated within your WordPress website (either now or down the track when you’re ready), you can either book an additional VIP Design Day or reach out about my Custom Design services.
Will I be able to easily make changes to my website myself?
Yes! I 100% believe in creating websites that support business autonomy. Elementor is a super user-friendly visual builder so you can easily update images, text, and general content yourself. You will also receive a website training video, access to my tutorial library, and a Website Handover Kit to support your ongoing website experience.
Do you offer payment plans?
The investment for the VIP Website Experience is typically broken down into two instalments. However, if your project is scheduled for a later date I’d be happy to discuss an alternate payment plan to support your needs. Final payment must be settled prior to commencement of your scheduled experience.
Are there any ongoing costs?
There are always ongoing costs with every website, no matter the platform. With WordPress websites, the main ongoing costs are for your domain name registration, website hosting, and website care & maintenance.
I included a free two months subscription to my ‘Cultivate’ Website Care & Hosting plan to get you online quickly and easily and from there you have the option to either continue the subscription or self-host. (I’m more than happy to offer my suggestions and expertise in this area. Simply ask!)
Do I need to be available over the 3 days?
To make the most out of your experience, yes, you need to be available for feedback and development review sessions over the three days. I will provide you with a general breakdown of the timeline in the Project Framework step so that you can still structure your days to work on your own business.
